long story short, I survived.
Nicole is just your average Southern California chick, with one exception… she was shot three times and survived. She doesn’t let this stop her from doing anything and everything she loves. Snowboarding, wakeboarding, skateboarding, swimming, working out, being an Oncology nurse, hanging out with friends, being kind and giving, and living her life the way she wants.
This unforeseen event in Nicole’s life left her with too many scars to count and down one hand. She was 28 years old when she was shot, and her life has never been the same. Nicole chooses to live her life to the fullest instead of letting what happened weigh her down. She was up snowboarding again nine months to the day and back to work 1 year, 5 months and 6 days after her injury. She is strong, tenacious, determined, adventurous, kind, loving, and doesn’t take anything from anyone. Her family and friends are her everyday heroes and her biggest supporters.
